Access Partners facilitates many communications with participating investment managers as follows:

• Reporting - We support clients with both quantitative and qualitative reports on an on going basis. This includes ad hoc reports available any day as well as standardized quarterly reports that summarizes activity and performance.
• Quarterly Conference Calls - Access Partners hosts quarterly conference calls with each investment manager. Clients are invited to participate in the calls live. Alternatively, we post the recorded calls on our website.
• Manager Meetings - We meet with all investment managers annually or more frequently, if necessary. Access Partners invites clients to accompany us on due diligence trips to meet face to face with participating managers.
• Annual Client Conference - Access Partners hosts an annual client conference where clients and participating investment managers can interact directly. The client conference is the best way to get to interact with all investment managers in one location and share ideas across peers.
• Support - Access Partners provides continuous updates on investment managers and makes available a broad range of institutional research. We can respond to client needs by providing custom materials and are available to attend meetings.
